The Cottage

Rather than approaching the renovation by asking what to change, Becker Interiors started by asking what to keep. Original elements like the colorful Delft tile fireplace surround, charming windows, Dutch door, and bar were restored and used to guide the rest of the design. By adding wallpaper that complemented its surroundings, hardware inspired by the original, and new moldings, the home was brought into this century without losing the feeling that it had evolved naturally over time.
